MONDAY

6.30 AMHiiT BLITZ
This is a 40 minutes of sweat inducing, fat burning, high intensity fun in the sun.
These sessions are designed to light your metabolic fire and push you to your limits using a blend of bodyweight movements and light resistance work.
With every session being different to the last it’ll shake up your training routine, keep your body guessing and leave you feeling fitter and stronger than ever before.

1.00 PMBODY BLAST HiiT

This is a full body workout using just your body weight as resistance. Every person in the class will be pushed through strength, explosive, abs and core exercises. We only ever work for time not reps in the class. This mean we can cater for all abilities. The only requirement is to work as hard as you can.

5.30 PMPOWER DRIVE 40

This is a hybrid class consisting of a range of resistance training taken from multiple disciplines, from functional training to strongman work. Designed to get you lifting and strengthening as well as using athletic power based movements to get your fitness levels going through the roof.
Aimed at all levels we’ll get you focused on moving with solid technique and training like an athlete.
If you want to leave with a bulletproof core and feeling like you can run through a brick wall, this class is for you!

MNP Training Fitness zone opened on the 4th July.

As we are still dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, we are following the government guidelines to outside training. We are asking everyone who enters the site to keep a social distance from other users and to sanitise hands on entry. We have water on site but are asking everyone to bring their own bottle. We have hygiene stations throughout the site to clean hands and any equipment touched.

We are looking forward to see everyone at this fantastic outside venue!
