All MNP Training on-site classes are listed below. Please follow the link to book online. If you would rather pay by cash or card on site we are happy to do that. You still need to register to book any class as we need to manage the amount of people on site. Thank you.

Most of Iain’s classes are also broadcast live online using Zoom. If you’re interested in exercising from anywhere, please contact us.

MNP TRAINING

MONDAY

1.00 PMBODY BLAST HiiT

This is a full body workout using just your body weight as resistance. Every person in the class will be pushed through strength, explosive, abs and core exercises. We only ever work for time not reps in the class. This mean we can cater for all abilities. The only requirement is to work as hard as you can.

6.00 PMBEACH FRONT BOXING

This is a boxing based workout designed to hit the whole body. Using my 24 years of boxing knowledge and experience I have crafted this fun class. I use the foundation of punching techniques incorporating slip, dips, rolls and ground work to take you through a whole body workout.

WEDNESDAY

MNP Training Fitness zone opened on the 4th July. Bringing the training experience to a new level with this amazing outside venue. 

As we are still dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, we are following the government guidelines to outside training. We are asking everyone who enters the site to keep a social distance from other users and to sanitise hands on entry. We have water on site but are asking everyone to bring their own bottle. We have hygiene stations throughout the site to clean hands and any equipment touched.

We are looking forward to see everyone at this fantastic outside venue!
